  • Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are clean and presentable
  • Make sure reception areas and offices are at a standard for cleanliness and presentation
  • Guarantee locker rooms are fully stocked and clean
  • Make certain all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and equipment is operating properly
  • Set the positive energy and tone of the Club


  • Facilitate new Member sign up and guest trial transactions
  • Maintain our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the Club
  • Maintain high visibility throughout the Club
  • Ensure the safety of Members, Guests and Team
  • We take pride and have fun


  • Know our standards of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
  • Experience in handling and using cleaning products
  • Ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work with hand tools and cleaning equipment
  • Act with a sense of urgency
  • Flexibility in working off hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity
