Blink is hiring a HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR tasks and activities. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and willing to roll up their sleeves to help the HR department continue to reinforce their mission of establishing Blink Fitness as the premier employer in Fitness. This individual will be able to draw conclusions by analyzing data, possess the ability to pick up new systems and technology easily and leverage their creative writing and design skills to create captivating content. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, but will be working closely with each of the HR department heads including: Training, Recruiting/Employee Relations, and HRIS/Payroll/Benefits.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
