Blink is looking for a talented and detail oriented Billing Coordinator to execute and support the day to day billing functions for Blink. The Billing Coordinator will be a hands-on role that reports directly to the Billing Team Lead, while having significant interaction with parent company billing operations, and is charged with executing and supporting our day to day membership billing, card processing and collections activity. The Billing Coordinator will play a significant role in helping evolve and further build out Blink’s stand-alone billing and collections functions.


  • Execute and audit all monthly billing activity, recurring re-billings and annual fee billings
  • Conduct periodic audits of billings for membership fees
  • Review, process and audit all billing refund requests
  • Assist the Blink Member Services Customer Team with billing inquiries
  • Execute cancellation of members due to non-payment reasons
  • Reinstate overdue members who become current
  • Support the credit card update system, new club billing setup and review and processing of all credit card disputes
  • Respond to all ad hoc requests for information in a timely manner
  • Support the launch and roll-out of any new billing related initiatives


  • A colleges degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of billing experience preferred
  • Strong mathematics, accounting and customer service skills are required
  • Experience with electronic billing is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Must possess keen attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
