JOB OVERVIEW:

The Training Specialist will play a key role in assisting the Learning & Development manager in the creation and development of our “Blinkstitute” training programs for employees in both corporate and franchise clubs across multiple states. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop e-learning, self-paced pre-recorded webinars and instructor led training modules
  • Support the administration and management of training courses through the LMS (Wisetail)
  • Assess training effectiveness and recommend further action upon findings
  • Prepare reports of L&D key performance indicators
  • Maintain all course materials updated including manuals, user guides, e-learning and job aides to “Blinkstitute” brand standards
  • Manage Blink’s training calendar for Corporate, Field and Franchise training
  • Support various training projects and content development needs – including management and operations, career pathing, performance management, onboarding and brand immersion programs
  • Collaborate with special projects and other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; any additional relevant certifications preferred
  • Instructional design: Knowledge in developing content using practical adult learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Computer and technological skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Level of proficiency in design and authoring with Articulate 360 suite. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Wisetail is a plus) and Photoshop is highly desired.
  • Project Management: Detail oriented and ability to work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • Training and facilitation experience a plus
